CRLS vs Brooks/NMH/Middlesex
The boys and girls varsity boats are racing Brooks, Northfield Mount Hermon and Middlesex (girls only) tomorrow, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Brooks. A campus map and draft schedule are linked below.
Please note:
- 1V – 5V boats will be racing. Check with your athlete for the lineups.
- First race starts at 3:00pm and the last race is scheduled to start at 4:30. Draft schedule attached. A livestream of the racing can be found here: https://www.brooksschool.org/athletics/livestream
- Spectators should enter the campus at the MAIN entrance (not the athletic entrance), and follow instructions from the parking/security attendants. There is NO PARKING at the boathouse. Campus address is 1160 Great Pond Rd, North Andover, MA. See the attached map for more information.
- CRITICAL: All competing athletes must arrive at CBC tomorrow between 10:45-11AM to load the trailer before boarding the buses. If they are not at CBC at 11AM they will not race because they will not have a boat!
- Buses depart from CBC at 12:00pm. As a reminder: all athletes are expected to ride the bus to and from races!
- We will be providing deli platters so that the kids can make their own bag lunches before getting on the buses. There will be vegetarian and Passover-friendly options, as well as a variety of nutritionist-recommended snacks. If these options don’t work for your athlete, please encourage them to bring food with them. Also, if you have food recommendations for our upcoming races, please feel free to share! We encourage families to volunteer with our race operations committee.
- All athletes should bring a filled water bottle and their shiny new unisuit!
