The club was incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on April 7, 1909. The original site of the clubhouse was on the north bank of the Charles, near the foot of Hawthorne Street in Cambridge. The Club is now located on Gerry’s Landing on the Charles River.
