CRLS Crew is a sport at the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School – the district public high school in Cambridge, MA.
We are a club sport in the Fall and a varsity sport in the Spring. We have both a boys and girls team and we compete in the Massachusetts Public School Rowing Association (MPSRA) and the New England Interscholastic Rowing Association (NEIRA).
We are a no-fee, competitive public school rowing program that removes financial barriers and makes the sport of rowing accessible to all interested students. Our program is made possible through the support of Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, the City of Cambridge, the Cambridge Boat Club, and the generosity of private donors and community supporters.
Today, we proudly serve approximately 90 student-athletes each season, providing opportunities for personal growth, leadership, teamwork, and athletic achievement. Many of our rowers go on to compete at the collegiate level, carrying with them the skills and confidence they developed through CRLS Crew. Continued community support ensures that future generations of Cambridge students can access these same transformative opportunities.
Our parent group, the Association for the the Support of Cambridge Crew (ASCC) is organized to provide support for the team at events and to help raise money for team expenses. The ASCC is organized under the non-profit Friends of Cambridge Athletics (FOCA) organization.
