Good afternoon, CRLS Crew families –
A few mid-week updates:
NEIRA heat sheets are below. Racing on Saturday starts at 8:00am, with the last final at 5:18pm. It will be a long day!
The NEIRA parent handout is also attached. Of note: entry fees are $10 ($11 cashless). Parking is up the hill at the UMass Medical Center. You must also pay for parking!
As of today, Mass Publics is still happening on Sunday in Lowell. Everyone is watching the weather very carefully (rain impacts the flow of the river and brings debris), and I will update you as soon as possible if plans change.
The Mass Publics schedule is not out yet, but expect it to be very similar to last year, with sweep time trials and sculling finals in the morning, and sweep finals in the afternoon. Last year, racing started at 8 and ended around 4:30pm.
Volunteer sign-ups for the weekend are here. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up and/or contributed food money. We also need to provide volunteers to the Mass Publics regatta organizers, so if you want to ride a launch or learn how a regatta is run, please let me know and I will forward the form. These jobs are also great for siblings!

We are finalizing the exact time for next week’s end of the season BBQ. It will be sometime between 11:00am – 2:00pm on May 31 at the boathouse, but I’ll get the exact time out asap.
