MLK week: practice schedule

Hi everyone,

Due to the holiday and testing this week there are some adjustments to the training schedule for this week –

Monday – OFF
Tuesday – 3:30 – 5:30 at CBC. Anyone who wants to workout is welcome. Erging and circuits.
Wednesday – OFF day to study for exams
Thursday – 2:30 – 4:30 at St.Ann’s. Anyone who wants to workout is welcome. Erging, lifting, stairs and circuits.
Friday – yoga at the CBC. 2:30 – 4pm.
Saturday – TBA – this was scheduled as an off day but we may open up st. ann’s since it will be too cold outside to run stadiums.

Next week we will be back to the regular schedule
Mon/Wed/Fri at St. Ann’s for Lifting / erging / running
Wednesday is a day off for boys who signed up for the 5 day/week program
Tue/Th at CBC – 3:30 – 5:30 Erging Tues, Yoga Thurs
Tuesday is a day off for girls who signed up for the 5 day/week program
Saturday at CBC – Girls 9:00 – 10:30am Erging / Boys 10:30 – 12 noon Erging
Sunday OFF
