Athletes should arrive at CBC in their unisuits, dressed in appropriate layers for the weather with a water bottle by 8:45.  Please make sure your athletes have eaten something for breakfast before they arrive.

The first race starts from Weeks Footbridge at 10am.  The last race should start about 11:15 -if everything goes according to the schedule; It may take a little longer if wind affects how the boats get aligned.

Almost all boats will be racing more than once to allow the coxswains a chance to polish their steering skills.
